Q: What are your rental rates?

A: Our rental rates are based on hourly rental fees and vary depending on the day and time of the event and include one-hour free set up and one-hour breakdown. Please be sure to contact us by telephone to inquire about our special discounts.

Rental Prices:

Monday-Thursday (4 hours)-$500.00

Friday Night (4 hours)- $850.00

Saturday Day (4 hours) -$800.00

Saturday Nights (4 hours) – $1,000.00

Sundays (4 hours) – $900.00

The rental includes the use:

  • The Great Room
  • 3 Private Lounges
  • Warming Kitchen (no cooking permitted)
  • 60″HDTV
  • Audio Visual System
  • Free Wi-fi
  • Flexible Lighting System
  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Coat Room (Available fee may apply for staffing)
  • Tables and Chairs

Q:  What is your capacity?

A:  We can accommodate up to 100 for cocktail style affairs or up to 60 guests for formal dining.

Q: Are Security Deposits Required?

A: Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to secure the date and time.

Q: Can we bring in own food?

A: Yes, you can bring in your own favorite licensed caterer. A $150.00 service fee will be applied to all rentals bringing in their own food.  The service fee includes pre-event set-up, post-event breakdown and cleaning. Or, we can also service your catering needs.

Q: Can you bring in your own Disc Jockey?

A:  Yes, you can bring in your own DJ for a fee of $50.00.  Or, you can utilize one of our in-house DJ’s for a fee of $300.00.

Q:  Can you bring in your own beverages including alcoholic?

A:  Yes, for service fee of $150.00.  Or, we can service you with one of our all-inclusive beverage packages.

Q.  Do you offer any additional services?

We provide full service for all your event needs and make every guest feel like our most important one.  Our experience, innovative creative team and catering professionals have many years of event development, management and planning experience.  Every event is given the utmost care and attention.  You will be in great hands, before, during and after the event.

Q:  What about parking?

A:  There is ample street parking.  You can also parking in the Santander Bank parking lot during non- business hours.
